1. Personal hygiene

The personal hygiene is one point to good health. Good personal hygiene including:
-Wash hands before and after eating, before and after preparing food and after going to the toilet.
-Take a bath often with water and soap to keep the body clean prevents skin infection and wears clean clothes.
-Brush your teeth at least two times a day especially after eating sweet, cut finger nails, toe nails and wear shoes-prevents worm infection.
